We are a family-founded roastery that focuses on small-batch roasting bringing out the perfect properties of each produced coffee we source fairly from quality farms and ship fresh directly to your door.

William, Co-Founder
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, where I developed a love for coffee at a young age. My family would often gather around the kitchen table for a cup of coffee in the morning, and I would listen to their stories and laughter. Coffee was more than just a beverage to us; it was a way to connect with each other and share our lives.
When I was 18, I moved to the United States to attend college. I studied business, and after graduating, I began working in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. I quickly realized that I had a passion for branding and marketing, and I love working with some of the leading CPG brands in the world.
In 2016, my brother introduced me to specialty coffee and was immediately hooked on it. I loved the complex flavors and aromas, and I was fascinated by the stories behind the coffee beans. Since I travel often to South America, I was always eager to bring back home and share with my brother different types of coffee for us to enjoy. So, it became an obsession.Over the past few years, I have traveled to Colombia extensively. I have met with coffee farmers, roasters, exporters, and baristas, and I have learned about the rich cultural heritage of Colombian coffee. My journey of discovery has led me to a deep appreciation for specialty coffee. I believe that specialty coffee is more than just a beverage; it is an experience. It is a way to connect with the people who grew the coffee beans, the roasters who brought out their flavor, and the baristas who prepared it for you.

I am a developer by trade, but coffee has always been a passion of mine. I discovered my love for specialty coffee about 7 years ago when I tried my fist specialty cup from a local Roaster. From there I got first small batch roaster and began experimenting with green coffee beans.
From the moment I started roasting, I was hooked on the process and have been exploring the world of coffee ever since. Recently, I decided to team up with my brother, who shares the same passion for specialty coffee, to create our own coffee roasting company.
We are excited to share our adventures with you and hope that you will join us on this journey. In addition to roasting, I am also interested in learning more about the various stages of the coffee process, from farming and harvesting to brewing and serving. I believe that every cup of coffee has a unique story and am always eager to learn more about the people and places behind each one.
